Nick Mauss

Nick Mauss recently had a solo exhibition at Midway Contemporary Art, Minneapolis, accompanied by a catalogue designed by the artist in collaboration with HIT-studio, Berlin, and featuring new texts by Mauss as well as by Michaela Eichwald. In addition, Mauss had a solo exhibition at FRAC Champagne-Ardenne this year, and was featured in group exhibitions at The Walker Art Center, Broadway 1602, Badischer Kunstverein, and 1857, Oslo. Mauss is co-curating this year's White Columns Annual, opening in December, with Ken Okiishi. He is currently a guest-professor in the department of Painting and Drawing at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste, Hamburg. His exhibition of new drawings, sculpture and mixed-media in January of 2012 will be the artist's second solo exhibition at 303 Gallery.
